Job Title : Marketing Manager
Job Description : Job Purpose : To plan and carry out direct marketing and sales activities, so as to maintain and develop sales of Mahesh (India)’s present accounts and explore new prospects. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities: - Maintain and develop existing and new customers and to get more specific market insides. - Achieve assigned sales goals in accordance with the regional marketing and sales plans. Work proactively with customers, look after competitor activities and ensure sale objectives are met within organization strategy. - Follow-up of customer payments. - Cold call, direct email, and perform other lead generation activities. - Ensure customer satisfaction. - Travel to different locations to make sales calls. - Develop and follow up new applications for our products. - Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys. Prepare marketing strategies alongside other company executives. - Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback. - Develop and execute new concepts, business models, channels and partners to position business as innovator and leader. - Take part in exhibitions and conferences - Maintain and develop a computerised customer and prospect database. - Maintain reports. - Analyze sales statistics to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and to monitor customers' preferences. - Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. - Protects company’s value by keeping information confidential.
Experience Needed : 2
Qualification : - B.Sc.+ in chemistry
Job Location : Goregaon East, Mumbai
Salary : Starting from Rs.20,000/pm + conveyance
