Job Description
:
• Work closely with key Business Heads and create marketing plans to achieve objectives to work on product positioning, promotions and pull campaigns. • Handle Customer engagement models management. • Gathering market and customer information. • Forecasting, planning and driving execution through data analysis. • Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with customers and managers. • Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements. • Coordinating with Proposal team and delivering the proposal within timeline to customers. • Meeting Targets for the month. • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. • Daily basis follow-ups in terms of completion of the orders and meet client requirement. • Segregation of area among the Team Members. • Maintaining relation with clients for repeat order and further new order • Handling after sales complaints if any and coordinating with Quality incharge.
